Position Overview

Sales Manager – Healthcare & SaaS
Location: Tampa Bay Area
Salary: $80K base + $$ variable ($160K OTE)

We’ve partnered with a fast-growing healthcare technology company expanding its inside sales organization in Tampa. They’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a high-energy SDR team focused on new business generation in the healthcare and payments space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team of SDRs in a high-volume outbound call environment.
  • Conduct live call coaching, role plays, and performance huddles daily.
  • Develop scripts, talk tracks, and contests that drive results and energy on the floor.
  • Hire, train, and mentor SDRs while promoting accountability and career growth.
  • Analyze team KPIs, report on metrics, and collaborate with leadership to hit revenue goals.
  • Foster a fun, competitive, and supportive culture.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of call center or inside sales management experience.
  • Proven success leading SDR, inside sales, or telemarketing teams.
  • SaaS, healthcare, or payments industry background is a strong plus.
  • Energetic, confident leader who thrives in a goal-driven, fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and motivational coaching skills.
