This exceptional opportunity for a dynamic Recruiter in Andover, Massachusetts calls for a dedicated professional who is passionate about sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support quality services and embrace our vibrant culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing – Lead full-cycle recruiting for all positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates; partner with colleges, community organizations, and attend job fairs to build pipelines.
- Candidate Experience & Culture – Manage all stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting ATI’s mission, values, and WOW! Magic Culture.
- Systems & Reporting – Oversee applicant tracking in Paycom, provide timely updates to managers and candidates, and track recruiting efforts for weekly management and HR metrics reports.
- Employer Branding & Engagement – Write and manage job postings, collaborate with the team and Marketing on recruitment campaigns and referral programs, and develop cost-effective strategies to attract top talent.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years’ experience working as a recruiter. Experience in the Human Services field is a plus.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment.
