Position Overview

Grant Thornton is seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to join our Integrated Campaign team. In this role, you will drive marketing impact through strategic initiatives and data-driven insights that translate solution priorities into actionable marketing plans. Working consultatively with service line leaders across Advisory, Audit & Tax, you will collaborate with diverse marketing teams to enhance our brand presence and deliver measurable results from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders across service lines to identify and scope solution-specific priorities.
  • Translate solution priorities into marketing plans aligned with firm-wide objectives and ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with campaign, content, web, and other marketing teams to bring solution marketing plans to life.
  • Plan, execute, and track the marketing performance of solution initiatives, sales plays, and micro campaigns.
  • Oversee the execution of solution-specific partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate with the Alliances team to fully activate the marketing potential of solution-specific partnerships.
  • Analyze marketing data to understand performance and improve ROI.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact within the service lines, addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize solution descriptions on external websites.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5–8 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in B2B professional services, preferably in Accounting & Consulting.
  • Thorough understanding of various marketing channels and their relevance to strategic business goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop compelling content and presentations.
  • Strong project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset with proven experience working effectively within and across teams.
  • Experience serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Innovative approach in developing work products and solving complex problems.
  • Proven client service skills and ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
  • In-depth understanding of key industries such as Financial Services, Professional Services, Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Energy, Technology, or Healthcare & Life Sciences.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive base salary range – Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Denver, CO, Baltimore, MD: $104,000–$156,000 per year; Washington, DC, Iselin, NJ, New York, NY: $112,300–$168,500 per year.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and firm performance.
