Position Overview

Our client located in Park 100 offers a full product line with packaging capabilities ranging from 3.2‑ounce bottles to full rail car shipments. With state‑of‑the‑art labs and production facilities, they manufacture and globally distribute a broad spectrum of lubricants for major oil companies, large retailers, convenience stores, wholesale oil distributors, OEMs, fleet operators, and other marketers across many industries. They are growing and need to add additional headcount of 20. This is an amazing opportunity for the right skill set in manufacturing.

Compensation:$20.00 per hour with a 90 Day Temp To Hire with pay rate increase.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform necessary pre‑operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on assigned equipment.
• Exhibit a positive attitude within a team environment and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while sustaining the physical and operational demands of the job.
• Be fully aware of shift transitions and the expectation for overtime.

Required Qualifications

• Must be mechanically inclined (able to perform basic mechanical work, such as changing brakes on a car).
• Manufacturing background with the ability to follow basic instructions and work routines.
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and bend for extended periods.
• Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety‑focused mindset.
