Entry Level SEO Specialist

Position Overview

World Car Auto Group is seeking an experienced SEO Specialist responsible for optimizing and updating SEO pages on various websites. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in HTML & CSS to improve page formatting, generate fresh content ideas, monitor SEO rankings and competitors, and report on measurable performance metrics. Additional details include Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week and work at locations including world-car-nissan, seoseo-specialist, and 12908 IH-35 North, Bldg. 1, San Antonio, TX 78233, USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Use Google Search Console and YouTube to research keywords and generate ideas for new content across 15 websites.
• Update current SEO pages and check/update Google My Business (GMB) pages for all websites.
• Conduct strategic and planned keyword research to improve SEO standing.
• Build linking strategies, content distribution strategies, and clean up local citations.
• Communicate metrics and organic growth in clear, digestible reports.
• Research topics in depth and integrate findings with keyword research.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of experience using HTML & CSS (knowledge of JavaScript is a big plus, but not required).
• At least 1+ year of experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics v4, and Google Tag Manager.
• 1+ year of experience as a power user with Excel, LibreOffice, OnlyOffice, or Google Sheets (including pivot tables, lookup tables, and charts).
• Experience with Google My Business.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner and Anonymous Ad Tool.
• Ability to build linking strategies, content distribution strategies, and clean up local citations.
• Capability to communicate metrics and drive organic growth through clear reports.
• Proven research skills in investigating topics in depth.
