Entry Level Civil Engineer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a May 2026 graduate for our entry level Design Engineer position. The applicant will assist senior engineers in designing commercial and residential projects including learning all aspects of site layout, grading and drainage, utility design, permitting processes and construction administration and certifications. The candidate should be capable of performing site visits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of commercial and residential land development projects.
• Develop skills in site layout, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Participate in the permitting process and construction administration.
• Conduct site visits and inspections for project certifications.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree: in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• FE exam: Passed (or scheduled to take) the FE exam in the State of Florida.
• Communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team.
