 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Assist in data entry and report preparation for appraisal reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness</li>

 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in a related field preferred</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">A minimum of 1+ year of experience in real estate research and / or market analysis required</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Experience in data entry / data management and time series analysis / forecasting</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Strong data software applications skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite</li>
