  • Assist patients with frame selection, lens options, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with providers and technicians to keep the patient flow smooth and stress-free.

Master the Art of Communication

  • Handle calls, messages, and inquiries with discretion and clarity.
  • Support back-office tasks like filing, scanning, and inventory when needed.
