Salary: $30.00 per hour
Location: Clifton – 2120 Payne Street, Louisville, KY 40206; Highlands – 2000 Newburg Rd, Louisville, KY 40205
Schedule: Various shifts available including full‑time, part‑time, PRN, day, night, weekend, and holiday schedules
Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Provide preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident responses
• Observe and report changes in condition to the care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Support nursing assistants and promote teamwork on the unit
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse
• Current CPR certification
