Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Molecular Biologist - Plant Biotechnology to join our team in Chesterfield, MO. This role involves performing intricate molecular procedures, managing lab consumables, and ensuring efficient operations in a dynamic environment. Immediate start – Local candidates only.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform molecular tasks including DNA preps, digests, ligations, electroporation, DNA transformations, and PCR.
• Design and troubleshoot alternative cloning approaches.
• Execute high-throughput DNA cloning reactions.
• Troubleshoot automation processes.
• Manage inventory and ordering of laboratory consumables while maintaining organized workspaces.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years’ experience in molecular biology OR non-degreed with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with DNA manipulations and automation.
• Local candidates only.
