Grower Success Manager

Position Overview

The Grower Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our agricultural clients by providing expert guidance, support, and resources necessary for their growth. This role involves building strong relationships with growers, understanding their needs, and facilitating solutions that leverage our agtech products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with grower clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our agtech solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to communicate client feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on the effective use of our products and services.
  • Analyze client data and provide insights using business intelligence tools like Looker and Tableau to help growers make informed decisions.
  • Monitor client account health and proactively address potential challenges or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Grower Success Manager, or in a similar role within the agricultural technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices and farming operations.
  • Experience with account management and building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Looker and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of GIS systems and analytics related to farming is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve client success.
