Marketing Manager - Hawaii

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure.
• Partner with resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in.
• Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend training sessions and department meetings; stay updated on marketing materials and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Ability to maintain production standards.
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills, and smart devices.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation

Compensation: Generally starting at $36,000 per year plus commissions and bonuses. The actual salary rate will be determined based on experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
