Marketing and sales associate

Position Overview

This role focuses on promoting and selling products and services while fostering strong client relationships. You will help plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels, coordinate events and marketing materials, as well as manage showroom inventory to ensure optimal product display. Job Types include Full-time and Part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products/services by identifying customer needs, creating brand awareness, developing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and closing sales.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and expand business.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital media, social media, and email.
• Assist in coordinating events and creating marketing materials.
• Monitor showroom inventory and report any need for restocking or replenishment.
• Control and record inventory in and outflows to ensure products remain in optimal condition.
• Assist in receiving products and ensure items are display-ready.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with commercial or residential interior design.
• Proficiency with marketing tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development and finance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish skills are beneficial for the position.

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: Base salary of $38,000.00 to $65,000.00 (depending on experience) with a commission structure set to commence once the showroom opens in January 2026. Annual pay ranges between $42,000.00 and $68,000.00.
