Position Overview

In Technology and Operations (T&O), we manage most of the bank's operational processes, striving to delight business partners through multiple banking delivery channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer one-stop service to address customer inquiries including securities trading orders and credit card enquiries via phone, live chat, offline messaging and emails.
  • Implement inbound cross-buy initiatives proactively across varied skill levels from offline to online services.
  • Achieve individual scorecards for call volume, availability, service level and customer satisfaction metrics.
