offers a structured path to becoming a wealth manager with comprehensive training and development including
FINRA Sponsorship, a 120-day Preliminary Employment Period with hands-on training, access to a Virtual University,
mentorship, and personalized coaching. Equitable Advisors also fosters an inclusive culture through wellness
programs, employee resource groups, and community engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement – Build and nurture relationships through networking events and portfolio management, ensuring consistent communication and progress tracking.
- Financial Strategy Development – Understand clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies with clear recommendations.
- Product and Service Consultation – Discuss tailored financial products and services to suit clients’ unique situations.
- In-office presence – Maintain required in-person attendance.
- Work-Life Balance – Enjoy a flexible schedule designed to maximize productivity and personal time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
