Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning, design, and implementation of land development and storm water projects.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high quality project outcomes.
  • Tabulate bid items, calculate construction bid quantities, and develop cost estimates.
  • Ensure work is completed within budgets and timelines while adhering to local codes and agency standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to maintain strong professional relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 0 - 4+ years of Civil Engineering experience in site development design.
  • Four-year Civil Engineering degree.
  • Knowledge of local (Southwest, WA) codes and agency standards.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, including proposal and report writing.
  • Experience in bid tabulation and developing cost estimates.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort networking with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Washington Civil Engineer’s license or EIT.
  • Additional Oregon license is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D software.
