Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Marketing & Brand Manager to lead and execute content-driven and event marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, engage clients and prospects, and support firm-wide growth. This hybrid role combines marketing leadership with hands-on content creation across digital and print platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall marketing and brand strategy by collaborating with the Marketing Committee and managing both print and digital marketing efforts.
- Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials, including social media graphics, event invitations, client communications, sponsorship ads, and presentations.
- Manage digital marketing efforts by maintaining website content, overseeing social media presence, and executing email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
- Oversee multimedia production such as video content and photography to enhance brand storytelling.
- Enhance client and employee experience by partnering with key firm leaders and drive lead generation and community engagement through events and networking.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional or financial services.
- Strong writing, editing, and design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva preferred).
- Proficiency in marketing automation and website CMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Onsite Availability: Ability to work in the office up to four full days per week during the initial six months, transitioning to a hybrid model of at least three full days per week thereafter.
- Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Successful completion of a background and credit check is required.
