Position Overview

As an ENT Associate Sales Representative at Stryker, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling our ENT products to meet customer needs. You will conduct product evaluations in the OR and office settings, track territory progress, and provide exceptional on-site customer service by ensuring proper product usage and maintenance. Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Stryker ENT products to address customer needs.
  • Conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings.
  • Systematically track territory progress and communicate successes with your team.
  • Provide on-site support by solving product issues and educating healthcare staff on proper use and maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • 1-2 years in medical sales or B2B experience (preferred).
  • Travel: Approximately 20% travel; valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to perform medium work (occasionally exert up to 50 pounds and continuously up to 20 pounds).
  • Strong coordination, cognitive skills, and the ability to quickly grasp product information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present to large groups.
  • Proven ability to manage time, projects, stress, and conflict with minimal supervision.
  • Unwavering ethics and integrity in a competitive and demanding environment.
