Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive the overall strategy and roadmap for technical products within the company.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform the direction of future products.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth and product differentiation.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously monitor and improve products post-launch.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for technical products and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure that all technical products meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the team and encourage new ideas and approaches.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior product managers, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure efficient and cost-effective product development.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including customers and partners.
