Position Overview

The Jr Call Center Representative role, also known as the Patient & Physician Service Specialist – Junior (L1), is responsible for delivering high-quality support to Inspire patients, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders. Operating in a fast-paced, 24x7x365 call center environment, this position is an entry point into Inspire Patient Services with clear growth potential into more advanced responsibilities.

Location: Onsite (Plano, TX 75024) | Compensation: $19 - $20/hr | Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for patient and physician inquiries regarding Inspire therapy, device functionality, mobile applications, and related services.
  • Operate within a 24x7x365 call center model, ensuring timely and effective response to support needs.
  • Adhere to training attendance requirements and shift expectations, including punctuality and reliable communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of protected health information.
  • Communicate flexibility regarding shifts, including coverage during mid-day, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation for onsite work.
  • A secure, quiet home workspace suitable for handling protected health information.
  • Reliable internet connectivity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, ideally in a call center setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in patient support, customer support, or technical support.
  • Comfort with mobile applications, Bluetooth connectivity, or consumer technology.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate across multiple systems during live calls.
