Creative Designer

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Full-Time Creative Designer for a hybrid role at our Boston, MA office. The Creative Designer is responsible for design exploration, execution, and overall creative management of POS, packaging, trade advertising, and collateral materials. Applicants must reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their team’s weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Applied understanding of interaction and graphic design principles across multiple projects and design styles.
• Design program and packaging materials based on creative briefs with input and support from Creative Leadership.
• Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with internal teams (Creative Services, Brand Development, Legal, Sales Reps) and external partners (vendors, artists, accounts, etc.).
• Ensure brand pillars are upheld throughout creative exploration and deliver high-quality, on-brand creative work.
• Manage tight deadlines and maintain a steady workflow amid changing directions and shifting priorities.
• Exercise initiative by consistently meeting or exceeding timelines.
• Collaborate with Production/Commercialization on deliverables.
• Follow the established approval process and offer insights on color and production execution.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in the design industry
• Knowledge of design and packaging industry trends
• Portfolio required

Preferred Qualifications

• Outstanding portfolio showcasing strengths in brand identity
• Prior CPG experience
• Expert level proficiency in Adobe Web Design Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Figma, with 3D software a plus
