Pega UI / UX - Senior Associate

Position Overview

At PwC, our Integration and Platform Architecture team is dedicated to designing and implementing seamless solutions that optimize technology infrastructure and enhance business performance. In this Senior Associate role, you will design, prototype, and implement user interfaces for Pega‑based applications—balancing functionality, usability, and aesthetics—while collaborating closely with technical and business teams to meet strategic objectives and elevate the overall digital experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype user interfaces for Pega‑based applications
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to align designs with objectives
• Implement Pega UI components to enhance user experience
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and practices
• Enhance functionality and usability in application interfaces
• Contribute to the development of PwC's Pega design framework
• Analyze user feedback to inform design improvements
• Maintain adherence to quality standards in user interface design

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree or advanced/formal certification in UI/UX design
• Pega Certified UI Specialist or Pega Certified Senior UI Specialist
• Experience in designing intuitive and visually engaging interfaces
• Proficiency in conducting user research and usability testing
• Skilled in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Ability to optimize workflows for scalability and adaptability
• A keen eye for staying current with emerging design trends

• Compensation Range: $77,000 - $202,000 (actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location and applicable employment laws)
