Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive growth in the banking and mortgage segment, focusing on retail lending divisions of banks and mortgage buyers. The role involves selling AI-led solutions (e.g., Jazz AI Assistants) and positioning transformational deals that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Selling

  • Identify and target mortgage buyers and retail lending divisions of banks
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders (CXOs, Heads of Lending, Digital, Operations)

Value Proposition & Business Case

  • Clearly articulate value propositions tailored to banking clients
  • Develop strong business cases (ROI, cost savings, efficiency gains) to support deals
  • Position solutions as business transformation initiatives, not just products

Solution Selling (AI Focus)

  • Sell AI-powered solutions (Jazz AI Assistants) for:
    • Loan origination
    • Customer service automation
    • Risk assessment & underwriting
  • Work with pre-sales and consulting teams to customize solutions

Transformational Deals

  • Drive large, complex deals across banking clients
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Focus on long-term strategic partnerships

Pay

$95,257.21 - $114,718.36 per year
