Compensation: Salary: $20.65 - $25.81 per hour / $41,609.75 - $52,007.15 annually, commensurate with experience. Many associates report a base salary increase of 10% within their first year, with top performers seeing increases up to 15%.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for policyholders.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, policy changes, and recommendations.
  • Provide personalized service that showcases the benefits of GEICO insurance.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service while building trust and satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on attentive listening and empathy.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and receive constructive feedback.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • An active Personal Lines or P&C license is preferred.
