Lead Full Stack Engineer

Position Overview

Come be a part of a high performing Engineering team as a Lead Full Stack Engineer. You will lead day-to-day operations, approve pull requests, guide the tech stack, provide architecture best practices, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment. The role is a 6-month contract-to-hire with a hybrid onsite model (3 days/week). Compensation: $90 to $104/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily engineering operations and provide technical guidance.
• Approve pull requests and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Define and maintain the technology stack.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster team growth.
• Drive architectural best practices in a dynamic startup environment.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in .NET.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and either Vue.js (preferred) or React.
• Experience with MongoDB and some SQL.
• Familiarity with Kafka messaging.
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
• A startup mentality with quick learning and strong ownership.
