Email Marketing Specialist at Redbubble San Francisco, CA

Position Overview

Redbubble is the world's largest marketplace for independent artists, dedicated to inspiring connection and belonging through creative expression. As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role on the Growth Marketing team by managing and executing personalized, multi-channel campaigns that engage our global audience. Based in San Francisco, CA, you will report to the Senior Manager - CRM, Lifecycle and Mobile while collaborating with Creative, Localization, and CRM teams to drive impactful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Creative team on asset deliverables, updates, and repository management.
• Collaborate with the Localization team on translations for multi-channel campaigns, overlays, banners, and copy updates.
• Own the execution of email campaigns—including managing opt-out processes—and ensure quality through thorough QA of all elements.
• Manage the execution of in-app banners, promo codes, and other on-site marketing initiatives.
• Utilize audience segmentation and targeting techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Work closely with the Senior Manager of CRM on promotions, reporting, audience building, data feeds, and campaigns.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Iterable and Attentive).
• Experience in HTML, CSS, and Handlebars.
• Strong understanding of email best practices and ability to manage projects end-to-end.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools and leveraging data.
• A direct yet empathetic approach to cross-functional collaboration.
