Position Overview
We are seeking aPharmaceutical Sales Territory Representativeto join our Primary Care team on an entry level – specialty basis. In this role, you will educate, promote, and sell pharmaceutical/healthcare products to physicians and specialized healthcare providers, managing territory accounts while building lasting relationships. You will work closely with management and internal teams to achieve sales goals and contribute to a mission of Better Health and a Brighter Future.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage territory accounts and identify key decision makers.
- Educate influential physicians on pharmaceutical and medical products.
- Build positive customer relationships through proactive engagement and creative strategies.
- Create and implement territory plans, including resource allocation and goal setting.
- Gain formulary acceptance and compliance with managed care accounts.
- Utilize consultative skills to assist customers with their business needs.
- Continuously update product knowledge and sales skills to compete effectively in the marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- Some sales experience and/or abilities.
- Consultative selling experience preferred.
- Must be able to work remotely and proficient in usingZOOMsoftware.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
- Strong selling skills and up-to-date product knowledge to influence healthcare professionals.
- Ability to develop and execute plans to maximize selling resources.
- Capable of pre-call planning to match the needs of healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data and customer insights in discussions.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Adherence to all regulations, policies, and procedures with high ethical standards.
