Content Creator / Photographer / Videographer (Training Provided)

Job Summary

True Tour Media is a growing content production company creating photo and video media for real estate listings and local businesses throughout Southern California. We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional team member based in Riverside to join our team and help produce photo and video content for our clients.

No professional photography experience is required. We provide all training and all equipment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, meeting new people, and working in different locations each day instead of sitting in an office. Many of our best team members come from hospitality, sales, or customer service backgrounds because interacting with clients is an important part of the role.

Pay

• $23.50 per hour starting pay
• $28.50 per hour after 90-day probation period

Mileage reimbursement is provided for driving between appointments.

Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle
• Decent computer at home for uploading files
• Willingness to drive throughout Southern California
• Ability to carry camera equipment and walk properties
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Interest in photography or videography
• Creativity when filming social media content
• Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service
• Interest in automotive content creation

Schedule

• 10–15 hours per week during training and probation period
• 20–25 hours per week after probation
• Long-term potential of up to 30–35 hours per week

Typical schedule:

• 3–4 days per week
• Mostly Monday through Saturday
• Occasional weekend work

We offer a flexible schedule and work with team members to build a consistent weekly routine.

What the Job Looks Like

You will travel to homes and businesses to capture photo and video content.

Typical day may include:

• 2–3 shoots per day
• Each shoot lasts approximately 1–2 hours
• Driving between locations throughout the day

Most appointments are within 30–40 miles of Riverside, with occasional days reaching up to 100 miles.

At the end of the day, media files are uploaded from home.

Uploads typically take 30–60 minutes depending on internet speed.
