Lead Generator Outside AT&T Fiber (Entry-Level / Commission Only)

Position Overview

Rare Diamond Marketing is one of the fastest-growing direct sales organizations in the Southeast, representing national brands like AT&T Fiber and Smart Home Services. We specialize in door-to-door outreach, helping homeowners upgrade to faster internet and smart home technology — the new gold rush of the telecom industry.

We’re hiring Lead Generators to join our AT&T Fiber Sales Team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone looking to start in sales, build confidence, and learn the ropes of the door-to-door industry — no experience required.

Location: Metro Houston, TX
Compensation: Commission-Only Position, $75 per completed install (from your lead), +$10 per lead bonus after 10 installs in a week, top performers earn $600–$900 weekly, with a promotion opportunity to Sales Rep ($180–$200 per sale)
Salary: $30.71 - $36.99 per hour
Schedule: Flexible Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Knock doors and introduce customers to AT&T Fiber.
• Collect names, phone numbers, and addresses for qualified leads.
