Position Overview
Erin Condren Design is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to support their cross-channel marketing efforts. This role involves managing communications across social media, collaborating with various teams, and overseeing the performance of outside media agencies. Erin Condren Design is a consumer goods company specializing in personalized travel products. Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Los Angeles, California, USA, the company operates at a Growth Stage with a team size of 51-200 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day lead for the outside paid media agency; align with them on strategies, tactics, and campaigns while ensuring they are updated on brand happenings and receive necessary assets for creative needs.
- Work closely with the Marketing teams on overall strategies, priorities, and key learnings (including Google Analytics and sales data) to inform future decisions based on past results.
- Manage company communications across all social media channels with platform-differentiated, consistent themes that drive engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with design, production, video, and web teams to ensure all pertinent assets are created and developed consistently.
- Liaise with the PR team to capture and share press opportunities effectively.
- Foster a close relationship with the Customer Service and Community Management teams to ensure proper brand messaging is disseminated via social media customer interactions.
- Oversee online contests, polls, product giveaways, and sweepstakes on social media platforms.
- Present monthly reports to leadership outlining key goals and metrics.
- Stay up to date on trends, news, and competition in the digital marketing and social media space.
- Demonstrate a keen interest and passion for marketing across social media, content, and email channels.
- Maintain a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Erin Condren business and marketing strategies.
- Set a professional example in behavior, attitude, and results at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to spelling, grammar, and language precision.
- Proficient writing and copywriting experience.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Skilled at creating presentations.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to deliver under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
- Ability to generate and execute creative ideas.
- A keen enthusiasm for and basic understanding of web trends and best practices.
- Basic understanding of social media best practices.
- Ability to blend personal style with the existing brand voice for cohesive marketing copy.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work extended or varied hours depending on business demands.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing and communications experience.
- Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics is strongly preferred.
- A great attitude and flexibility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
