Position Overview

Join Trinity Solar as an Entry Level Sales Representative where you’ll launch your sales career with paid training, ongoing support, and great pay through a base salary plus commission. In this role, you will generate qualified leads for residential solar energy systems while growing within the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems.
• Schedule prospective customers for a free information session.
• Serve as a consultant by providing useful product knowledge to qualifying homeowners.
• Acquire, retain, and continuously develop industry knowledge.
• Represent Trinity Solar Inc. with professionalism and integrity while exceeding lead generation goals.

Required Qualifications

• Be self-driven and highly motivated.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
• Possess a reliable mode of transportation.
• Own a cell phone with data and internet access.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Maintain a clean DMV record where required.

Benefits & Perks

• Training Weeks 1-4: Guaranteed base pay of $660 per week plus bonus (contingent upon successful completion of the first week evaluation).
• Post Training: Guaranteed base pay of $692 per week with bonus opportunities for setting appointments.
• Compensation: Earn between $53,000–$85,000 (base salary plus commission).
