Position Summary:
They are looking for an RVP of Sales in the New York Area (Home Office) who understands the Customer Experience (CX ) / Social Media / Digital Marketing Analytics space and has managed (6-8) Senior Account Executives selling Marketing SaaS, CRM, Customer Experience (CX) / Social Media, Digital Marketing / Analytics / Business Intelligence solutions. This company is profitable and looking for the right Sales Leader to take them to the next level in the Northeast.

Job Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, motivating a team of Senior Account Business Development Representatives.
- Current responsibility will be for (6-8) Regional Managers / Account Executives.
- Exhibited success in the following sales management challenges: margin improvement, revenue improvement, negotiation improvement, new salesperson development, sales training, sales process design, consultative sales approach and value-based selling!
- Teaching, mentoring and leading consultative sales, strategic account planning, strategic account management, multi-stakeholder complex sales, solution sales, negotiation, territory management, value based selling, networking, new market penetration and growth strategies.
- Experience selling Enterprise-wide $1M SaaS deals is a must! Working knowledge of the CX / Social Media Digital Marketing analytics space a huge +!
- Leading YOUR Team of Senior Account Executives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree: in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, MBA preferred or extensive relevant experience.
- (5+) years: selling and (3-5) years managing experience leading sales teams selling Marketing SaaS, CRM, Business Intelligence, Analytics or CX / Social Media solutions.
- Experience: with CRM and Marketing automation tools is desired. You love the Customer Experience / Social Media marketplace.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: especially when dealing with Customers, Senior Executives, Sales Teams and Business Partners.
- Ability: to work independently and proven effectiveness at managing multiple priorities/deadlines.
- Represents: the Company at all executive-level forums throughout the YOUR territory. Great Personality / Fun to be Around!
Compensation:
Base Salary: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 (DOE)
On-Target-Earnings: $350,000.00 - $400,000.00 (NO Cap) + Car + Equity + Great Benefits + Full Expenses + Upward Mobility
Location: New York Area (Home Office)
Travel: 30%
