Position Overview

The Procurement/Supply Chain Management (P/SCM) vision is to be the best proactive partner, essential expert, and commercial steward to help deliver the energy the world needs. In support of this vision, the Procurement/Supply Chain Development Program (PSCMDP) is a 2-year, accelerated program featuring three 8‑month rotations that provide hands‑on experience and develop technical and leadership skills across Chevron’s global supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Intelligence & Data Visualization (e.g., spend, inventory, cost, etc.)
- Strategic sourcing, negotiation strategy & execution
- Business process improvement across the enterprise (e.g., logistics, contracting, materials management, inventory management, demand planning, etc.)
- Evaluation and deployment of digital solutions, including change management
- Benchmarking performance and implementing recommendations to improve results
- Market intelligence for existing and new products/services
- Project management
Required Qualifications
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) or Master's degree with a concentration in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline
- Geographically mobile
- Permanent US Work Authorization

Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: The anticipated salary for this position is $121,000.00 (the final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s degree level and discipline for U.S. payroll offers).
