Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer (Central Time Zone Only)

Position Overview

This role is for Inside Loan Agents who receive 100% inbound calls from qualified home shoppers. You’ll benefit from top commissions, ongoing training, and exceptional leadership in a fast-paced call center environment. Please note Remote work is available; however, if you reside near Dallas or Austin (within 31 miles of the office), on-site attendance is required.

Starting salary includes minimum wage based on State rates plus bps and tiered bonuses, with opportunities for ramp ups and double commissions for new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport and leverage customer relationships with existing and potential borrowers.
• Analyze customers' financial situations and advise on the appropriate loan products.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment by multitasking and following up on multiple files daily.
• Accept multiple live, qualified inbound leads daily.
• Lock loans at the point of sale, request initial documents, and submit a paperless loan package to production staff.
• Structure and price loans accurately.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ full-time loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Proven ability to structure and price loans accurately with a strong understanding of conventional and government loan programs.
• Current NMLS DBO license.
• Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional state NMLS licenses (four or more preferred).
• 2+ years’ experience in Mortgage Refinance and Mortgage Purchase.
