Position Overview
Functions as the leader of the property’s marketing department for properties where marketing and programming drive business needs. This role provides day-to-day leadership to marketing associates, drives top‐line revenues, and enhances hotel reputation through innovative sales and guest experience strategies. The position is responsible for implementing the brand’s marketing strategy, managing the marketing budget, and developing property-specific campaigns, promotions, and collateral. It also focuses on building long‐term, value-based partnerships to position the property as a leader in the lifestyle space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing, PR, and branding initiatives to drive revenue and market share.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including agency partners, to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
- Oversee creative input, manage marketing budgets, and evaluate competitor strategies to optimize performance.
- Drive digital marketing, social media, and content strategies to build a best-in-class digital presence.
- Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication of marketing goals.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field.
- 8 - 10 years of experience in marketing or a related professional area.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year college degree.
- Demonstrated skills in supervising a team.
- 10+ years of experience in the lifestyle marketing world with exposure to fashion, music, design, or fitness.

- Salary Range: $118,000 to $160,000 annually
