Position Overview

Riverside Payments is one of the largest and fastest growing merchant services companies in the nation. As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will help local business owners save money on their credit card processing by prospecting leads, pitching products, and guiding prospects through the sales funnel. Key Responsibilities

  • Help local business owners save money on their credit card processing!
  • Prospect leads through a combination of warm leads and referrals.
  • Attend appointments set by marketing and pitch Riverside’s products and services.
  • Follow Riverside’s proven sales methods to negotiate and close new deals.
  • Check in with National Sales Managers for support and additional training.
  • Follow up with leads and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Participate in ongoing trainings and AM conference calls to learn about bonuses and prizes.
  • Engage in remote work (from home 10%) as well as field sales (90%).

Required Qualifications

  • Customer service background (preferred).
  • Self-driven, upbeat, and outgoing personality.
  • All levels of sales experience accepted; some sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong networking and self-marketing abilities to generate leads.
  • Excellent time management, communication skills, and integrity; a positive mindset is a must.
