Business Analyst - IT

Position Overview

Join Collabera as a liaison between the technology group and the business unit to track the implementation of a critical software package. You will oversee the conversion of approximately 5200 devices from PTP to BitLocker via an automated deployment through SCCM, monitor deployment successes and failures, and communicate scheduling and results with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor the conversion of approximately 5200 devices from PTP to BitLocker.
• Serve as the liaison between the technology group and business units during the software deployment.
• Oversee the deployment via SCCM, tracking both successes and failures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to remediate any issues arising from automated deployment failures.
• Communicate deployment schedules and pertinent updates to the business units.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of SCCM, Windows 7, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 3 to 5 years of relevant technical or business work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with PGP and/or MBAM/BitLocker.
• Previous American Express experience is a plus.
