We are currently seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team onsite in Jacksonville, FL, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (with overtime as needed).

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
  • Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
  • Use technology such as RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
  • Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and participate in keeping the facility safe and accident-free.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management (preferred).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Positive demeanor, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Self-starter with the ability to learn systems quickly.
  • A focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
