Position Overview

Our global, strategic, paid internship program – the SAP Internship Experience Program – offers university students a chance to build a career on connection, creativity, and impact. In the role of SAP iXp Intern - Customer Success Experience Center Support, based in Hybrid New York, you will work full time (40 hrs./week) for a 12‑month period from January 2026 to January 2027, gaining firsthand experience supporting innovative customer engagements across diverse industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supporting the operations and daily activities at the Customer Success Experience Center.
- Collaborate with account teams, subject matter experts, and executive leadership to deliver customized customer engagements.
- Participate in innovative projects that drive customer success and business growth.
- Engage with the SAP Next Gen community to continuously learn and contribute new ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a university student enrolled in an accredited program.
- Demonstrated initiative, perseverance, and a natural curiosity for learning.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and undertaking meaningful projects.
- Ability to work full time in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
