Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling visual communications for external markets including client alerts, invitations, sponsorship ads, bio templates, and client meeting maps.
- Bring innovative thinking and ideas related to the digital asset space to attract clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to handle digital design requests for alerts, invitations, newsletters, announcements, client alerts, and registration forms using Tikit.
- Develop email marketing strategies to ensure messaging aligns with the firm’s brand and marketing goals while managing campaigns and troubleshooting issues.
- Support exports from InterAction and email marketing campaigns by filtering mailing lists for eligible contacts and advising on best practices.
- Work with BD Managers to enhance visibility of designated practice areas or Special Interest Groups (SIGs).
- Assist with onboarding and training of marketing and business development team members on marketing technology software, processes, and systems.
- Collaborate with the global practice-related Marketing team to creatively advance the firm's mission through marketing and digital technologies.
- Perform project management tasks and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a law firm, art gallery, auction house, fintech firm or other professional services environment with strong business acumen.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Design, Computer Sciences or related field; experience with contact management systems (CRM) such as InterAction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, Adobe, Outlook, and email marketing programs (e.g., InterAction, Google Analytics).
- Familiarity with Tikit or similar systems, SharePoint, HTML, and Content Management Systems (CMS) is desired.
- Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, podcast recording and video/podcast editing is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and internet research skills with a solid understanding of corporate and legal firm structures.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Proactive and able to anticipate follow-up actions with enthusiasm for global team collaboration.
- Some experience working on site events.
