Clae Goldman Team is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team. Our mission is to protect customers from rising energy costs, offer discounts, and promote green energy. In this role, you will generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships through door-to-door and retail channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door and retail channels.
  • Close Sales: Present and sell our community solar and third-party energy solutions.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background: High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasion Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)
