Position Overview

As a Client Relationship Marketing (CRM) Associate Manager, you will enhance our federal reputation, nurture key relationships, and accelerate revenue by leading marketing strategies for high-growth federal agency accounts in a supportive, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and execute an integrated account-specific marketing strategy and plan for up to two federal agency clients.
- Curate content, experiences, and industry efforts that cultivate relationships and demonstrate expertise and impact.
- Develop robust engagement plans for key decisionmakers and influencers informed by research and data.
- Measure impact and use data and analytics for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in professional services or other B2B/B2G organizations.
- Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Federal industry marketing experience across channels such as account-based, pursuit, event, social, and digital marketing.
- Campaign or project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas at all levels.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organization.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platforms.

- Compensation: $75,600—$144,500 USD (varies by location, role, experience, and other factors)
