Position Overview

Entry Level Engineer - Hydrogen Technical Leadership Orientation Program (HyTOP) – This is an 18-month rotational training program where you will participate in a six‐month technical training rotation in The Woodlands, TX focused on Hydrogen production (HyCO) and basic Air Separation, followed by a one-year plant engineering assignment to gain practical operational experience. For candidates interested in ASU operations, the program will extend to two years. You will collaborate with various teams including Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Process Controls, Maintenance, Reliability, Process Safety, and Operations, and must be willing to travel up to 25% and relocate as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a six‐month technical training rotation and a one-year plant engineering assignment to gain hands-on experience in Hydrogen production and process operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Engineering, Project Engineering, Process Controls, Maintenance, Reliability, Process Safety, and Operations.
• Potentially extend the program to two years for candidates focusing on ASU operations.
• Be adaptable to relocation and travel as required (up to 25%).

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 0 – 3 years of relevant experience with very strong technical skill sets.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
• Self-starter with the capability to work independently as well as part of cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel to assigned facilities, with travel requirements up to 25%.
