Position Overview

HTX Strategies, a top performing sales and marketing firm, is actively searching for an Entry Level Account Sales Rep representing SimpliSafe – a leader in smart home security systems – to help further our success in the Houston market! Since 2018, we have been our client's #1 vendor both nationally and in the greater Houston area, and we are now expanding our footprint to add motivated and innovative individuals to our team. Marketing Product: SimpliSafe is a home security company that offers customizable, easy-to-install security systems.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year / $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm (Saturdays optional; Weekends as needed)
Compensation: Bonus Opportunities, Commission Pay, Weekly bonus
Location: Richmond Ave, Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to the office daily for updates, including schedule changes, promotions, and training.
  • Represent the SimpliSafe brand with professionalism and confidence.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's offerings.
  • Answer questions and address customer concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and update status reports daily.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales goals.
  • Represent the company in a respectful and professional way at all times.
  • Participate weekly in office client training and workshops.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Legally Authorized to Work.
