Information Technology Network Manager

Position Overview

In this role, you will lead and manage IT teams across diverse network and communication specialties and drive the architecture, design, and security of enterprise network infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid Sacramento, CA • Compensation: $145,000 - $165,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT teams across multiple network and communication specialties, including staff development, performance evaluation, and project oversight.
• Oversee enterprise network infrastructure – architecture, design, implementation, maintenance, and upgrades to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Develop and implement business continuity and disaster recovery plans, including routine testing and validation of key assumptions.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise for the integration of network hardware, software, and unified communication systems.
• Establish and maintain operating procedures and system documentation, including best practices, configurations, and security standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple technologies and departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and risk management requirements, maintaining adherence to federal and state IT and data protection standards.
