Required Qualifications

• For Data Science/Machine Learning/Data Analyst positions: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project work with relevant technologies.
• Familiarity with Statistics, Gen AI, LLM, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
• Highly motivated, self-learning, and technically inquisitive with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• For Java Full-stack/Software positions: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with experience in Java and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++ or similar programming languages.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Kubernetes, and REST APIs.
• Highly motivated, self-learning, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: Experience with NLP, text mining, Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, and TensorFlow.
