Job Description

Position Overview

Medical Guardian is a fast-growing digital health and safety company on a mission to help people live a life without limits. With 13 consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list, we support over 625,000 members nationwide with life-saving emergency response systems and remote patient monitoring solutions.

We are seeking a high-output, technically proficient individual to own SEO, analytics infrastructure, conversion optimization, and performance reporting across our consumer healthcare brands – Medical Guardian and MobileHelp. This principal-level individual contributor role will bridge strategic insights with technical execution across Paid Media, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to ensure full-funnel visibility, data trust, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards using GA4, Looker Studio, and SQL.
  • Calculate and report on funnel metrics: CPS, CAC, CVR, LTV, ROAS and scale insights to brand-level reporting.
  • Align internal sales and marketing data from GA4, HubSpot, Salesforce, and ad buying platforms.
  • Assist with attribution modeling and harden tracking infrastructures in GA4, Salesforce, and HubSpot; maintain platform hygiene including event naming, tagging conventions, and data layer structure.
  • Maintain and QA event tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Tag Assistant, and GA Debug.
  • Help formulate and fully own technical SEO execution and the SEO/GEO strategy, ensuring readiness for AEO and SGE by resolving crawlability, indexing, schema, and Core Web Vitals issues.
  • Develop and execute a 90-day roadmap to improve GEO visibility across both brands.
  • Analyze user journey friction using heatmaps, clickmaps, and behavior flow; optimize CRO testing loops with tools like Microsoft Clarity, VWO, or similar.
  • Own and maintain competitive intelligence and SEM tools such as Adthena and AthenaHQ, ensuring cross-brand data consistency and reporting fidelity.
  • Act as the technical connector between paid media, lifecycle, and brand teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in SEO, digital analytics, and performance marketing operations in high-volume environments.
  • Proven track record of replacing or managing external SEO agencies through in-house technical execution.
  • Expertise in GA4, Google Tag Manager, SQL, and Looker Studio (or equivalent BI tools).
  • Hands-on technical SEO skills including schema markup, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, and AEO/SGE readiness.
  • Experience with behavioral analytics and CRO testing tools such as Microsoft Clarity, VWO, or Hotjar.
  • Strong understanding of attribution modeling with integration across GA4, Salesforce, and HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in consumer healthcare or subscription model businesses.
  • Familiarity with AthenaHQ or other generative engine optimization tools.
  • Strong grasp of paid media performance drivers and their interplay with organic traffic.
  • Background in multi-brand or portfolio-level marketing operations.
