Position Overview
Oak View Group is the global leader in venue development, management, and premium hospitality services for the live event industry. They offer a comprehensive, 360‑degree solution for world‑class owned venues and serve some of the most influential arenas, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions.
This position, based remotely in the Midwest / Central United States, reports to the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition. The Recruiter will actively source talented candidate slates across various functions and strategically partner with hiring managers to fill open positions in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation: This role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to determine hiring needs.
- Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on role requirements and industry standards.
- Utilize various sourcing methods—including job boards, social media, and networking—to attract top candidates.
- Review applications and screen qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews, obtain feedback, and partner with Hiring Managers during the offer process.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with a proactive, independent mindset.
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with effective interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices in recruitment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably iCIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience, including at least 2 years in recruiting (with 1 year in a corporate setting).
