Warehouse Selector

Role and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Selector is responsible for selecting, gathering, and preparing products for shipment in a warehouse environment. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

• Select products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and effectively.
• Ensure that all products are properly labeled and stored in the correct location.
• Inspect goods for damage and report any issues to management.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of orders to meet customer deadlines.
• Assist in maintaining inventory by conducting regular stock counts and audits.
• Follow all safety and warehouse policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to optimize warehouse workflows.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or order fulfillment is preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Good physical stamina, as the role involves lifting and moving heavy items.
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or order fulfillment software.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse machinery.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
