Sr. Product Manager, Global Supply Chain and Logistics

Position Overview

At Fanatics—a leading global digital sports platform—you will join our Product Management – Retail, Brands, Ops, B2B Tools team in Florida - Jacksonville to drive innovative solutions. In this role, you will lead the ideation, development and launch of supply chain and customer fulfillment technologies while coordinating efforts between external vendors and internal cross‐functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, development, and launch of technologies supporting supply chain and customer fulfillment.
• Manage external vendors and internal cross-functional teams on large, complex technology implementation projects.
• Track production support tickets and oversee their integration for the Supply Chain Tech team.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field with 1 year of experience in supply chain systems integration;
  or a Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields with 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience including 1 year in supply chain systems integration;
  or any other qualifying combination of education, training, or experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using SQL Server, Oracle, JIRA, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
